Westside Works' 50th Construction Ready Graduation

On Friday, November 21st, 2025, Westside Works will celebrate a transformative milestone: the 50th graduating class of Construction Ready at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This is more than a ceremony, it's a testament to what happens when community, employers, and job seekers come together to create real pathways to economic mobility.

Since becoming Westside Works' first official training partner in 2014, Construction Ready has changed lives. Over 2,034 individuals have completed the program, with 900+ Westside residents gaining the skills and certifications needed for family-sustaining careers. With 200+ loyal employer partners, each graduate walks across the stage with a job already secured, building Atlanta's skyline on projects like Centennial Yards and beyond.
