Metro Atlanta works better when everyone has a path forward. Thousands of people in our region are ready to work. Thousands of employers are ready to hire. The challenge is connecting them and making sure those connections lead to careers, not just jobs. That is what CareerRise does. And it is what your support makes possible. CareerRise is a nonprofit workforce organization that has been building bridges between job seekers and employers in metro Atlanta since 2011. We build the partnerships, pathways, and strategies that make the workforce system actually work for the people who depend on it. We work on both sides of the equation: → For job seekers, we connect people to career coaching, training programs, and credentials that lead to real jobs in fields that are growing -- healthcare, construction, information technology, logistics, and more. We walk alongside people through the process, not just the application. → For employers, we are a strategic partner. We help companies understand the talent landscape, connect them with training providers who can build the pipeline they need, and keep everyone aligned around what good workforce outcomes actually look like. → The result: workers who are ready, employers who are hiring, and a regional economy that is stronger because of it. Why Workforce Investment Matters A good job does more than pay the bills. It stabilizes a household, feeds a family, and keeps people in their homes. It builds the kind of economic foundation that communities need to grow. When workforce works, everything around it gets better. CareerRise has spent 15 years proving that workforce development works when it is done right -- with real employer partnerships, real training pathways, and real people at the center.
